Cancellation Policy

Class Booking: All classes, workshops, and group experiences must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot. Walk-ins are welcome only if space allows. Liability Waiver Requirement: A signed liability waiver is required for all bookings. The waiver is attached to the booking process and must be completed prior to participation. Participants who have not completed the waiver will not be permitted to attend. Missed sessions due to an incomplete waiver are non-refundable. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time to receive credit toward a future class. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time are non-refundable and non-transferable. Late Arrival Policy: To maintain the integrity of the class experience, late arrivals may not be admitted 15 minutes after class has started depending on the session. If admitted, the session will still end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals are not eligible for refunds or credits. No-Shows: No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits. Class Packs and Memberships: Class packs and memberships are non-refundable. Sessions do not roll over unless otherwise stated. Membership offerings and pricing are subject to change with notice. Media and Content Classes or events may be photographed or recorded for promotional or educational purposes. By booking, you consent to the possible use of images or video unless you notify us in advance. Community Standards: This is a shared wellness space. Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from a class without refund.
